IPR Foods (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) provides nationwide delivery services for frozen, chilled, and ambient food products through our trusted logistics partners. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across Indonesia.

By placing an order with IPR Foods, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Delivery Coverage

We ship from our main facility in Ciracas, Jakarta to regions across Indonesia, including:

  • Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek)

  • Java and Bali

  • Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi

  • Selected Eastern Indonesia destinations

Coverage may vary depending on product type (frozen/chilled/ambient), courier capability, and local route availability.

2. Shipping Methods

We work with certified logistics and cold-chain partners to maintain product quality throughout transit. Shipping methods include:

2.1 Frozen & Chilled Products

Delivered using:

  • Refrigerated trucks

  • Insulated containers

  • Cold-chain courier networks

2.2 Ambient Products

Delivered via standard courier or trucking services.

2.3 Bulk Shipments

For wholesale, institutional, and corporate clients, deliveries may be scheduled via:

  • LTL or FTL trucking

  • Palletized shipments

  • Pre-arranged delivery windows

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Same-day processing for orders received before the daily cut-off (varies by region).

  • Next-day processing for orders received after cut-off.

  • Purchase orders follow the agreed service-level timelines.

Processing may take longer during peak periods or for high-volume orders.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines depend on location, courier capacity, and product type:

  • Jabodetabek: 0–2 days

  • Java / Bali: 1–4 days

  • Sumatra / Kalimantan / Sulawesi: 2–7 days

  • Eastern Indonesia: 5–10 days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or operational constraints.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight and carton volume

  • Temperature requirements (frozen/chilled/ambient)

  • Courier selection

Fees are displayed at checkout for online orders or listed on invoices for customers.

Bulk or recurring clients may receive contract-based shipping rates.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide:

  • Tracking number (if applicable)

  • Delivery contact information

  • Estimated delivery window

Certain bulk or direct deliveries may not have real-time tracking but will follow agreed delivery schedules.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier teams will attempt delivery to the provided address. If delivery fails due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Restricted access to premises

The shipment may be returned, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the courier’s policy.
Additional fees may apply for redelivery.

8. Receiving Frozen & Chilled Goods

To maintain food safety:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the agreed time.

  • Immediately store products in appropriate temperatures upon receipt.

  • Inspect the packaging for any damage or temperature issues.

We recommend transferring frozen items to the freezer within 15 minutes of delivery.

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Compromised Deliveries

If you receive:

  • Melted, thawed, or spoiled items

  • Wrong items

  • Damaged packaging

  • Missing cartons

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

Eligible cases will be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions

We will communicate updates whenever possible.
