2. Use of the Website and Services

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes

  • Not interfere with or disrupt site functionality

  • Not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or block access if these Terms are violated.

3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to ensure accurate product information, including:

  • Prices

  • Ingredients

  • Allergen details

  • Packaging

  • Shelf life

  • Storage requirements

However, product details may change due to availability, operational updates, or regulatory requirements.

4. Orders & Payments
4.1 Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Orders may be accepted, rejected, or cancelled based on:

  • Stock availability

  • Delivery feasibility

  • Pricing errors

  • Compliance and business validations (for B2B accounts)

4.2 Payment Terms

All orders must be paid through approved payment channels.
For B2B partnerships, payment terms are determined in formal agreements or invoices.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
Pricing may change at any time without notice.

5. Delivery & Logistics
5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver across Indonesia using cold-chain and next-day logistics partners. Availability may vary by region.

5.2 Delivery Timing

Delivery windows are estimates and may change due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Operational constraints

  • Force majeure

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
For B2B shipments, risk may transfer earlier according to formal agreements.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Damaged or compromised packaging

  • Quality issues validated by our team

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the goods, along with photo or video evidence.

Refunds may be issued as:

  • Replacement products

  • Store credit

  • Direct refunds (case-by-case)

Cancellations are allowed before order processing. Once dispatched, cancellations are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including logos, text, product descriptions, images, videos, and graphics—is the property of IPR Foods.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

8. User Accounts (If Applicable)

Users may be required to create accounts to access certain Services.
You are responsible for:

We are not liable for unauthorized account access caused by negligence on the user’s part.

  • Issues arising from third-party service providers (payment gateways, logistics partners, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Accidents

  • Government restrictions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Epidemics or pandemics

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts in Indonesia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
